We are in search of an experienced Business Analyst able to make a significant contribution to the development of the products we are working on.  

What we expect from you:

  • At least 3 years of working experience in B2B
  • Understanding of SDLC and experience in Scrum/Agile environment
  • Verbal and written English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher
  • Willingness to build effective processes in requirements analysis
  • Ability to build business processes models and analyze requirements to IT systems using modeling notations
  • General understanding of web technologies, software architecture and modern trends in software development
  • Ability to communicate clearly and short, speak both the language of business and the engineering language
  • Experience in task decomposition and estimation in cooperation with the development team
  • Experience in writing functional and integration specifications
  • Proactive and result-oriented approach
  • Flexibility, desire to learn and dive quickly into new subject areas

Would be an advantage:

  • Experience in JIRA and Confluence
  • Engineering experience
  • Experience in querying database

Primary responsibilities:

  • Actively collaborate with Solution Owner in identifying and describing requirements
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager and Solution Owner to prioritize requirements
  • Describe the subject area and prepare the business process model
  • Prepare functional and integration specifications
  • Analyze the system requirements for integrity and consistency
  • Participate in preparation and approval of mock-ups
  • Interact proactively with developers and QA, answer questions, and clarify requirements
  • Participate in resolving user queries and incidents
  • Participate in user story acceptance testing
