Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of IT recruitment experience;
  • Fluent English ( Intermediate level, B1);
  • Ready to work in multitasking mode;
  • You know how to finish things you started;
  • You have the mindset that there are no impossible tasks in recruiting;
  • High level of self-discipline, willingness to work remotely full-time.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct the selection of IT specialists at the middle/senior/lead level;
  • Improve current recruitment processes;
  • Maintain reports on the work done;
  • Use both standard and non-trivial search tools;
  • Conduct effective structured interviews;
  • Maintain a high-quality candidate database in our recruitment system;

Would be an advantage:
