IT Recruiter (Remote)
Requirements
- At least 3 years of IT recruitment experience;
- Fluent English ( Intermediate level, B1);
- Ready to work in multitasking mode;
- You know how to finish things you started;
- You have the mindset that there are no impossible tasks in recruiting;
- High level of self-discipline, willingness to work remotely full-time.
Responsibilities
- Conduct the selection of IT specialists at the middle/senior/lead level;
- Improve current recruitment processes;
- Maintain reports on the work done;
- Use both standard and non-trivial search tools;
- Conduct effective structured interviews;
- Maintain a high-quality candidate database in our recruitment system;
Would be an advantage
