IT Project Manager

  • Ability to manage the process of teamwork in software development
  • Written and spoken English
  • The presence of leadership qualities, the ability to motivate employees, resolve conflicts and make difficult decisions
  • The ability to allocate time working with employees, clients and management
  • Understanding SDLC, the basics of software development
  • Understanding the financial component of projects, the ability to manage the economic indicators of the project and the willingness to take responsibility for them
  • Have analytical skills to solve problems that may arise, analyze data and make decisions that affect the project
  • Experience managing more than one project
  • Methodical, accurate, attention to detail
  • Availability of specialized technical or economic higher education
  • More than 5 years of experience in the IT field

Would be an advantage:

  • Experience in analyzing, modeling and describing business processes and IT system requirements
  • Ability and willingness to be actively involved in the development processes if necessary
  • Ability to manage and maintain the project budget
  • Availability of a PMP certificate


  • Ensure the success of the project
  • Ensure effective communication and transparency between team members, clients, as well as other project participants
  • Keep in touch with clients to determine the requirements, scope and objectives of the project
  • Analyze and understand current problems and conflicts in the work of teams
  • Creation and support of complex project documentation, plans and reports
  • Formation of a work plan for the project, organization of work on it and monitoring the achievement of results and effectiveness of the project
  • Organization of project team meetings, coordination of project team interaction
